Please see below for brief descriptions of the positions available within ARMI:

Vice President of Events
- Planning and coordination of events occurring throughout the year including, but not limited to, U of C 101, ARMI Networking Night, and various job shadowing days.
- Coordination of tasks relating to the event planning process including room booking, event approval form submission, and catering.
- Coordination of event related activities with company liaisons.


Director of Events
- Assisting Vice President  with day-to-day operations
- Assisting other teams within club as needed


Vice President of Operations and Finance
- Responsibility for banking matters and maintenance of accounting records
- Preparation of bank reconciliations and  annual report
- Responsible for reimbursements to members of the executive team for club expenses and promotion of internal financial controls


Director of Operations and Finance
- Assisting Vice President with day-to-day operations.
- Assisting other teams within club as needed.


Vice President of Marketing
- Creation and distribution of marketing and promotional materials for events through social media, posters and website.
- Maintenance of website through user-friendly OrgSync interface.
- Submission of marketing forms relating to club events.

 

Director of Marketing

- Assisting Vice President with day-to-day operations.
- Assisting other teams within club as needed.


Vice President Academic
- Responsible for updating and maintaining membership list.
- Printing and selling of exam packages for RMIN 317 lectures.


*All executives will be expected to attend scheduled meetings unless otherwise notified*
